Mr. Kolody is a math and computer science teacher entering his tenth year in Chicago Public Schools, and his fifteenth year overall in K-University education. He teaches at Nicholas Senn High School in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago. He has also taught at Alcott College Prep High School in Roscoe Village, at Devry University, the High Jump program at Frances W. Parker and The Latin School of Chicago, and the Dominican University Gifted and Talented program. Mr. Kolody holds teaching endorsements in English and Math. Prior to entering the education field, Mr. Kolody worked as a programmer analyst for Software AG of North America, a Fortune 500 database company. Mr. Kolody has a wife and two daughters and lives in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. He believes all students can learn; he is super excited to develop innovative, new project-based courses that engage all learners.
